I wasn't aware anybody is using the Ogre viewer! Well, this one hasn't
been developed by myself and the guy who wrote it is no longer working
on it. So I'm afraid the Ogre viewer is no longer maintained (it has
never been part of the official binaries).
The problem with Ogre was that its API kept changing so that it was too
much effort to keep our stuff in sync with it. I believe meanwhile there
are Python bindings for Ogre so anybody who wants to use Ogre is
probably better off using those bindings.
It's basically the same story with the OpenSceneGraph viewer but
everything else in cgkit is still supported.
