Now i have checked in the attached patch for dframe.el to make dframes/
speedbar better working when running integrated in ECB.

I guess it depends on what's going on.  Right now what is in CVS is
pretty close to what cedet 1.0 stable will be, so the simplest thing
to do is just to check out whatever is in CVS at the moment.

Other times, it is probably safe to just grab whatever files claim to
have a patch associated with them.  In general, whatever is in CVS
usually will compile right away.  You would have to track the mailing
list to detect when unstable experiments go in.
