cdrdao

Hi,

I'd like to release cdrdao 1.2.1 within the next couple of days. I've
put a candidate tarball here :

  http://www.poolshark.org/src/cdrdao-1.2.1.rc1.tar.gz

Please let me know if you have a chance to try it out and catch any
problems. I'm especially interested in build feedback on Windows,
FreeBSD and/or MacOS.
