Sure but not all of the modules will be used =85 as I told before the =
hospital
is not an on-off machine .. they=92re working, they cannot stop their =
job only
for a system change and the task of importing data is very very =
difficult.
=20
>And what was your strategy in the implementation?
I planned a 1.5 months analysis and after the analysis I=92ll schedule =
with
the hospital a to do list, a delivery plan, an action plan and a gantt.
Before the analysis is simply impossible to do anything
=20
>Also, did you face any problem regarding the Health standards? I mean, =
if
you are in Europe, there should be a Health standard for the HIS/CIMS =
to
comply with.
Do not speak man, well first in Brazil health standards are very low, =
but
the hospital need to be compliant to all the different systems which =
are
used in Brazil, this for a simple reason: the government won=92t pay if =
the
hospital won=92t be able to export the data in the right form. So if =
importing
data is a problem, exporting is a nightmare.
=20
Sorry for that much of questions, but we should learn from your =
experience.
Np, as I always say =93My crime is that of sharing informations=94

Ciao Raeid,
actually care 1.07 is up and running in one hospital, one contract is =
at the
lawyers=92 desks of onother one, I=92, waiting for other two and during =
this
week I=92m goint to present it to another clinic.
The biggest problems I encountered are pre-existent incompatible =
systems and
powerful lobbies.
As for the first one, you cannot simply switch them off, but have to =
plan a
migration plan, and convince people to use yours, and eventually use =
both
for a little bit of time, and normalize db data and, and, and =85 well =
a
nightmare
The second one is simple, who in the whole world would loose the =
management
of a full hospital, I think no one =85
So this are the things I=92m fighting with =85 It=92s a hard and dirty =
job, but
someone have to do it
Regards, um abra=E7o

Thanks Luca for the modules tree.

Luca, I read that you implemented the system in one of the hospitals, =
how is
it going?
