The following is a copy of what was posted when sincerely asking for help.
This is just another way where some "tech" thinks that they are God and not
willing to give anyone a chance. We are all human, and much smarter and have
a ton more common sense than many of you think we do.
Roger, The "it" I was referring to would be let's see, the space shuttle, oh
yea, your software controls the Space shuttle from your PC. Wow, didn't know
that, let's see, could it be that the "it" it can't connect to as referred
to my note is my phone which is ALL your software does?? Hmmm, kind of
interesting that you don't seem to understand as well as you think everyone
should understand you....too bad......
And, as you put it, If I didn't give you all the "information" from before,
you'd be complaining you had no idea what we're talking about.
As for the website, I did read it thoroughly and found nothing there of
value to my situation about what we're talking about. Been through hell and
back with this software.....
My sincere apologies in attempting to bother you with my "lowly" questions
about your software. Just goes to prove, its' a free country, and I'll be
returning your software and getting another one.....Your loss, not mine.
But, word does travel about poor customer relations.......
I shall not "bother" you with such triviality any longer..

Actually you didn't since you didn't follow the help page for the issue or
the one I pointed you at.
I suggest reading it all closely again.

I have no idea what you referring to with "it" so many times in one

This is now the second time I am asking you.
