Hi Moon,
Regarding your hand pain, have you looked into using a trackball device
instead of a mouse? You don't have to grip it, and there is a button
that locks it in the mouse down position so you don't have to hold the
mouse button down. You roll the ball with your fingers and it works just
like a mouse, but it does take a bit of getting used to. Also, I use a
Wacom tablet and stylus for a lot of my work, and find it much more
comfortable; although, if you're having problems gripping something,
this may not be the thing for you to use. Just a couple of suggestions.
