Actually, it's somewhat convenient to have them grouped, but more so if
they're actually related. So for instance, the same bug entered
separately for each platform is -1 for me.

I think that would cause more problems than necessary, and we should be
able to resolve the P1's and P2's for all -- including lowering some to
P3's if they really cannot be fixed for a particular platform.
