I think James said the manual bug is P3, so will not block release, so
if he wants to fix it in time (before 21:00 GMT on February 28), that's
fine, but it does not warrant another rc afterward.

I think the recent rc's have been closer together in time, too, so that

from the situation and avoid issues with the main wiki.

stuff, and I've never had those permissions before. Aren't you seeing
the same thing?

RC-builders, we have to wait until Buanzo fixes this before doing the
next RC.

Also the Search box has moved way down on the left so that it's not
visible without scrolling. Can that be moved back up to where it was
before (and where it is in the wiki)?

We can revert very easily to 20120226 backup. I haven't provided any
followups because I've been more focused on trying to fix it (and
waiting for Gale's more mediawiki-administrativia-oriented advice,
cause I understand half what the problem is, considering I do not do
content-level duties on the wikis, and I needed help).

There are lots of changes to MonoBook.php that were not migrated. I didn't see that file on your
gale custom folder for manual.audacityteam.org

I'm trying to merge the skin now.

If I can't have it ready in 2hs, we will revert to 20120226.

I now copied the current skins/monobook.php to my "custom files"
folder. It "should" have been there, which would have made it 
easier to find the fix in a great hurry.   

This is the addition to it that matters:
