This part of the analysis is not correct. The section of the original
from about 37s to about 1m27s has been copied and pasted to start at
about 25s, finishing at about 1m15s. The bit from 1m15s is the
original, unmoved audio. The 12s missing off the end is the result of
the length being truncated (I believe). So its just the bit after
1m27s of the original that isn't getting moved to the left.
To see this, I generated a signal similar to yours in amplitude but
using chirps and noise. In Spectrum view it is then obvious what is
going on.
