OK, so I did this, but it's the first time I've deleted anything so I hope I
didn't muck up!
It took me 3 passes:
1 updating comments (harmless)
2 updating files so it will still build, I hope! What about Macs? Do
they use src/Makefile.in as well as Linux? I can't test the change I made here.
3 Deleting Filter.cpp/h from CVS (I now realise I could have done this
with the previous step, but didn't know then, sorry).
Can somebody please check it all still works please (and fix it if it
doesn't!); it's OK here on VS8.

Sounds good to me, the new Equalization dialog is super-awesome.
Just use "cvs remove" and remove the entries from src/Makefile.in,
besides other changes to source files. Do them all in a single cvs
commit if possible, thanks.
