So does this mean that to now deny an IP address that has passed the
Extreme Threshold because it sent a ton of spam within a few minutes, I
would have to use the Penalty Box in mode 1? Because extreme-export
isn't a "realtime" operation, it exports every 6 hours (or less if I set
it less, but either way it's not "realtime").
