Yes 16:00 GMT works fine for a meeting at IRC for me atleast.
I sugest as many as possible make a reply on this mail... so we know that
most of the people can come.
Also there is a possibilety to use MSN chat, if alot of people don't know
how to use IRC, but for that we need MSN adresses:

this is my msn adress, add it if you want (change the params to the correct
symbols ;) ) just mention that your from the Arianne dev team (or related to
it) when you add me.
if you plan on posting your msn I sugest that you don't type it in clear
text, since bots can capture it from the web log of the maillist.
