The National Biomedical Computation Resource at University of California,
San Diego is pleased to announce the availability of iAPBS software
APBS (Adaptive Poisson-Boltzmann Solver, http://agave.wustl.edu/apbs/) is
a scalable Poisson-Boltzmann equation solver for evaluating the
electrostatic properties of biomolecular systems. The iAPBS interface
wraps APBS library as a single function call which can be linked with any
Fortran or C code. This allows access to most of APBS functionality from
any C or Fortran application.
CHARMM/APBS module is also included in the iAPBS distribution. This module
makes APBS features available from within CHARMM.
The iAPBS package (version 0.1.0) can be downloaded together with User and
Programmer guides from the official iAPBS download site
