I've been working on a bulk loader for importing data into weberp.  It uses mapping tables (probably similar to the MySQL facility) but hopefully we will build up some templates for weberp users.  I have tested the programs on a stock upload, but it will work with any table.
 
If you don't mind using an alpha version (pre-release) then i would be happy to help you with it.
