Normally, Sipp already manages retransmission of UDP messages as = specified
in 3261. The retrans delay is automatically multiplied by 2 on each retrans, = until
6 or 7 retrans are done. At this point the called is considered "timeout-ed".
Did you had some trouble with UDP retransmission mechanism ?
