This is my first post to this list so, Hello All!
I am new to p/s software. Currently I am trying to implement a basic laserbased slam algorithm.
I got stuck at the begging with transforming (length,theta) from the scan to (x,y) on the grid map.
Everything seems to work, but I noticed that my scan image is skewed c.a. -1 degree.
I ran playerv to see that it also displays a skewed image....
So can anyone explain this??

The screenshot is made using player-1.6.5, stage-2.0.0a.
I changed the map from cave.png to sal2.png in simple.cfg and placed the robot at [0 0 0].
