I started my ubuntu vm with a ds9490 master but I cannot reproduce this behaviour.
what is your particular setup?
2.7p38 is an option for your stable prod environment,
But as you will test also bae0911, could you build from current cvs and report the --debug ouput ?

For what its worth I run 2.7p38 and its OK with BAE910.
Only problem I have noticed is that the "date" field in the 910 httpd page
shows as invalid.

so..
And even worse, owhttp segfaults reproduceable when only accessing
