The API is based on the industry standard Web Service protocol. If they choose to push HL7 we'll just have to take that too. You are right as there are still no content standards in MyOSCAR but it is consider an advantage since the hospital will be pushing most things non-standard anyway. Once information arrive at the patient's side we'll try to make that available to OSCAR or other EMR.
