Great name by the way--
I ran your code both in Jython RC2 with the latest socket.py module
and also in Python 2.5. I got identical results. After the client connects to the
server and the server accepts and then closes the client socket from its end, the client
rhen sends a message and there is no error. The second time the client sends a message,
there is an error.
Have you updated your socket.py module to the latest version? Earlier versions would have
given you a socket.error with a java.io.Exception wrapped in it just like Alan said,
but the recent updates give you a properly mapped socket.error .
