I think this a good time to post beta version on http://lowagie web site. Even I got confused with Paulo Soares's version and i-text official version.

hi,

i actually searched the archives for an example on using iText to output
chinese and japanese. but the archives do not contain the attachments
with the examples posted here :(

i've tried with BaseFont.createFont and then use this to create a font
but that wont work.. according to the javadocs i cen't create a Font
from a BaseFont? or did i miss something?
