I installed Cream on my Windows XP system, a system with which I also use Photoshop quite often. And now, when I’m using Photoshop and hit the “copy merged” keyboard shortcut combo (CTRL-SHIFT-C), up pops Vim/Cream – even if it’s not currently loaded. How can I disable that keyboard command and give it back to Photoshop? It’s one I use quite often.
