I'm installing Codestrike 1.9.2 on Linux with CVS, Bugzilla, and Apache.  I'm having trouble configuring the "Creating CVS Diff Topics Automatically" feature.  The documentation says "The log_accum.pl file needs to have some configuration variables set at the start of the script to reflect your site."  I have two questions:

1) Does Codestrike have to be running on the same server as CVS if I want to implement this feature?
2) Which variables need to be set?
