Here is a first list of common features (taken from the discussions we had
with you) which could be foreseen for the DevFull.
1x Stereo Audio out. Connector jack 3.5mm
1x Touchscreen controler
2x RS232 (1xDsub 9pts and 1x
2.54mm)
1x USB Slave connector
1x USB host full speed controller with two USB A connectors
1x CAN 2.0 (on SPI)
1x Video_out (SVideo for TV) with SVideo connector
1x MMC/SD connector
1x RTC with backup
3.3V and 5V DC/DC supplies (input 5 to 24v)
Size: ~100 x 160mm
Nb layers: 4
Lot of connectors (pitch 2.54) to gain access to the main interfaces (I2C,
SPI, LCD, FPGA IOs...).
It has to be noted that the LCD adapter can not be integrated to the DevFull
because the LCD interfaces are not standardized. So we will always use an
addional board which has been already presented for the Microtips TFT.
Some of the features will be optional to reduce the overall cost. Concerning
the video output, the minimal order quantity for the controller is 250pcs so
they will be purchased only if a nice project is registered.
Once the specifications discussed (until 6.04.07) the schematics will be
created and a first price estimation will be established. Expected first
prototype in June. First production end of this year.
