Summary: Atomic Tanks AI Upgrade: atanksaiupgrade project started and first release online!

Atomic Tanks AI Upgrade is a project to help me adding features, additions, changes and upgrades to various aspects of Atomic Tanks (atanks.sourceforge.net), without boring the pants of the atanks team with my ideas. 
 
This is the initial Release, atanks-3.2-pwx-r1. It contains a Merge between the official Release 3.2 of atanks and all my additions/patches that didn't make it in.
