After a bit of time back to present a review of my GUI linux: LindoXfce-64bit, in this precise case it is Xubuntu, Ubuntu derivative of the older sister, but with DE Xfce version 14:04:01 LTS. Xfce is a lightweight desktop environment designed for UNIX-like operating systems. It aims to be fast and lightweight, while maintaining usability and look nice. I would also add, highly customizable and very little pretentious regarding the resources required. In tests done, I managed to keep the consumption of use ram for a normal PC usage around 512Mb of RAM, even with active visualizations. I chose this version and not that just left at the end of October, the 14:10; to have a long term support as regards security updates provided by Canonical. Support is now five years as we have become accustomed to the versions in Long Term Support. So until 2019 we will be updated packages to address the safety of the system. This explains the reason for this personal choice on what to use as the basis f22 weekly downloads
