GeographicLib is a small C++ library for: geodesic and rhumb line calculations; conversions between geographic, UTM, UPS, MGRS, geocentric, and local cartesian coordinates; gravity (e.g., EGM2008) and geomagnetic field (e.g., WMM2020) calculations.

Octave Forge is a central location for collaborative development of packages for GNU Octave. The Octave Forge packages expand Octave's core functionality by providing field specific features via Octave's package system. See https://octave.sourceforge.io/packages.php for a list of all available packages. GNU Octave is a high-level interpreted language, primarily intended for numerical computations. It provides capabilities for the numerical solution of linear and nonlinear problems, and for performing other numerical experiments. It also provides extensive graphics capabilities for data visualization and manipulation. Octave is normally used through its interactive command line interface, but it can also be used to write non-interactive programs. A cross-platform, open-source, alternative to NIST REFPROP. Based on reference-accuracy equations of state and transport property correlations for refrigerants like Water, CO2, R134a, Nitrogen, Argon, Ammonia, Air, R404a, R410a, Propane and many others. A selection of secondary working fluid properties are also available. Can also make use of REFPROP when available. Isogeometric analysis (IGA) is a fundamental step forward in computational mechanics that offers the possibility of integrating methods for analysis into Computer Aided Design (CAD) tools and vice versa. The benefits of such an approach are evident, since the time taken from design to analysis is greatly reduced leading to large savings in cost and time for industry. The tight coupling of CAD and analysis within IGA requires knowledge from both fields and it is one of the goals of the MIGFEM is to provide a simple-to-understand IGA FEM code. It has been developed and optimized to simulate MR signal formation, k-space acquisition and MR image reconstruction. MRiLab provides several dedicated toolboxes to analyze RF pulse, design MR sequence, configure multiple transmitting and receiving coils, investigate magnetic field related properties and evaluate real-time imaging technique. The main MRiLab simulation platform combined with those toolboxes can be applied to customize various virtual MR experiments which can serve as a prior stage for prototyping and testing new MR technique and application. This project is the MATLAB development of a virtual sound level meter. The program will read in a calibrated .wav file and allow the user to analyze it as one would analyze a sound field with a sound level meter. The software implements Fast, Slow, Impulse and LEQ; A, C and Flat Weighting; Ln and Noise Dose analysis; Octave and 1/3 Octave band analysis; high resolution FFT analysis and spectrograms. Band analysis can be made using fast FFT methods or slower, but ANSI standard methods. Source code requires MATLAB + Signal Processing Toolbox. Developed under MATLAB R2010a (but might work with some earlier versions) Executable version does not require MATLAB and runs under Windows XP, Vista, and Windows 7.

The auditory modeling toolbox (AMT) is a Matlab/Octave toolbox for the development and application of auditory computational models. Over 50 auditory models implemented in Matlab, Octave, C, C++, and Python can be run from Matlab and Octave, on Windows and Linux. The AMT provides a well-structured in-code documentation, includes auditory data required to run the models. It integrates functionality to reproduce the model predictions. The Orbit Determination Toolbox (ODTBX) is developed by the Navigation & Mission Design branch at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center as an advanced mission simulation and analysis tool used for concept exploration, proposal, early design phase, and/or rapid design center environments. ODTBX functions and utilities are combined in a flexible architecture that allows for modular development of navigation algorithms and simulations. The core ODTBX functionality is realized through a set of estimation commands that incorporate Monte Carlo data simulation, linear covariance analysis, and measurement processing at a generic level.

This project holds the latest releases for canonical versions of the ADVISOR® Software and "Advanced Vehicle Simulator". AK Toolbox is a Matlab Toolbox for co-evolution analysis for protein Multiple Sequence Alignment (MSA) distributed under Simplified BSD License. The aim of AK toolbox is to provide a set of Matlab functions, which are independent of Matlab Bioinforamtics Toolbox, for coevolution anaylsis for MSA. At present, co-evolution methods available in this package are Statistical Coupling Analysis (SCA), Explicit Likelihood of Subset Covariance (ELSC), Mutual Information (MI), Observed Minus Expected Square method (OMES), McLanhlan Based Substitution Correlation (MCBASC), Direct-coupling analysis (DCA) and logR.
