MYRA is a collection of Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) algorithms for the data mining classification task. It includes popular rule induction and decision tree induction algorithms. The algorithms are ready to be used from the command line or can be easily called from your own Java code. They are build using a modular architecture, so they can be easily extended to incorporate different procedures and/or use different parameter values. PUPS/P3 facilitates development of multi-process multi-host computations by providing tools to emulate colonies of homeostatic organisms. It permits persistent computation, homeostatic resource protection, and asychronous interprocess communication.

This project aims to promote the MultiAgent Programming (MAP) approach by providing a suitable integration of tools and languages for programming the following dimensions: agents (Jason), environment (Cartago), and organisation (Moise).

GUI Ant-Miner is a tool for extracting classification rules from data. It is an updated version of a data mining algorithm called Ant-Miner (Ant Colony-based Data Miner).

Critterding is a "Petri dish" universe in 3D that demonstrates evolving artificial life. Critters start out with completely random brains and bodies, but will automatically start evolving into something with much better survival skills.

ILA stands for (kind of) intelligent, learning assistant and is a speech recognition system aka voice assistant very similar to Siri, Google Now and Cortana. ILA is fully customizable and you can teach her/him/it new things by yourself like executing system commands, opening web pages, programs and apps or just some basic conversation :-) ILA runs on Java und thus is compatible to Windows, Mac and Linux. It is designed to integrate with your home enviroment and for example build up your own, free and open Amazon Echo replacement ;-) Right now the key components of ILA are the open source speech recognition CMU Sphinx-4, Google (Speech Recognition/Text-To-Speech) and MaryTTS (Text-To-Speech). The goal is to make ILA completely free of Google by improving all aspects of the open source systems. Since version 3.3 users can also write own add-ons to extend ILA. The source code of the Brainstormers' RoboCup champion team 2005 has been made publicly available at the end of 2005. That source code release contains also a lot of our results in applying Reinforcement Learning in the simulated soccer domain.

PEDSIM is a microscopic pedestrian crowd simulation system. The PEDSIM library allows you to use pedestrian dynamics in your own software. Based on pure C++ without additional packages, it runs virtually on every operating system. The PEDSIM Demo Application gives you a quick overview of the capabilities, and is a starting point for your own experiments. PEDSIM is suitable for use in crowd simulations (e.g. indoor evacuation simulation, large scale outdoor simulations), where one is interested in output like pedestrian density or evacuation time. Also, the quality of the individual agent's trajectory is high enough for creating massive pedestrian crowds in movies. Since libpedsim is easy to use and extend, it is a good starting point for science projects.

Database Driven RoboCup Rescue Server is a version of RoboCup Rescue Server (https://sourceforge.net/projects/roborescue/) which uses a database to store the simulation data in order to simulate a very large number of agents.

Spark is a physical simulation system. The primary purpose of this system is to provide a *generic* simulator for different kinds of simulations. In these simulations, agents can participate as external processes.

JASA allows researchers in agent-based computational economics to write high-performance trading simulations using a number of different auction protocols. The software also provides base classes for implementing simple adaptive trading agents.

MARS (Multi Agent Roundbased Simulator) is a simulator for Multi Agent systems written in java. It sets up on the eclipse platform and is realized as a set of plugins. It was started as a project-group at University of Paderborn in 2010. At the moment there is a second project-group using MARS. QASE is a Java-based API designed to provide all the functionality needed to create game agents in Quake 2. Powerful enough to facilitate high-end research, it is also suitable for undergrad courses geared towards classic AI and agent-based systems.

AGISim is a framework for the creation of virtual worlds for artificial intelligence research, allowing AI and human controlled agents to interact in realtime within sensory-rich contexts. AGISim is built on the Crystal Space 3D game engine.
