Greedy is a tool for fast medical image registration. It was developed at the Penn Image Computing and Science Lab at the University of Pennsylvania. OpenJUMP is a community driven fork of JUMP the "Java Unified Mapping Platform" GIS software. The original JUMP was developed by Vivid Solutions, released under GPL2 in 2003 and discontinued in 2006. During 2004 already some enthusiastic developers joined together to enhance further the features of JUMP. They launched an independent development branch called OpenJUMP. The name gives credit to the original JUMP development, and at the same time describes the objectives of this project to be fully open to anyone wanting to contribute. A low-level markdown compiler for parsing markdown without caching or blocking for long periods of time. Available as a command-line interface (CLI) and running in client- or server-side JavaScript projects. The only completely secure system is the one that doesn't exist in the first place. Having said that, we take the security of Marked very seriously. To prevent ReDoS attacks you can run marked on a worker and terminate it when parsing takes longer than usual. Marked can be run in a worker thread on a node server, or a web worker in a browser. Only current and LTS Node.js versions are supported. End-of-life Node.js versions may become incompatible with Marked at any point in time.
