ICARU_FB is a small RTE (Run Time Environment) for IEC 61499 standard. It can run on Arduino performing all the IEC 61499 standard requirements as configurability, portability and interoperability. ICARU_FB is in a initial stage. So, it needs many improvements in code, documentation, and others. But, due to the ICARU_FB code simplicity, at least now, code change is easy in a way and can be a basis.
