[...] This outage is still ongoing. The RAID array rebuild from the failed disk is now completed. We are doing a data copy as well and it is nearing completion. After its done we’ll unmount the array and check the filesystem for errors. If all is clean we expect to restore service in the next 24 hours or so. Should an error be detected that cannot be cleanly fixed we’ll update here with a new estimate. We have backups but we’re trying to use the live data since its always more current than a backup. [...]
