Specifiying PDF page boundary boxes in PostScript files
May 26th, 2009My standard procedure for creating a print-ready PDF is usually the following: Whatever program I created the document with, I have it export a PDF. I open this PDF with Adobe Reader, using it to print the PDF to a PostScript file. Then I use Moonshiner to convert the PS back to a PDF.
There are severeal reasons for going through this seemingly needless intermediary step; I will be talking about this in a later post. What I want to mention now is one tiny problem that comes with this.
