= XML Export = 

[wiki:"What is a project administrator?" Project administrators] may access an XML export of their project's site data (including Forums, Trackers, News, etc.).  This feed may be used for [wiki:"Backup your data" backups] or to retrieve data for import by your project into tools hosted outside !SourceForge.net.

= Obtaining an XML Export =
 1. Login to !SourceForge.net as a project administrator and go to your Project Summary page.
 1. Select the "Feature Settings" menu option from the Project Admin dropdown menu.
 1. In the Backups row, select the XML Export link.
 1. Follow the instructions in the "Site Data" section of the Backups page.  We encourage you to review the contents of the export to ensure completeness and accuracy.
