Backup on a CVS project started with b does not work

Description

We try to backup one of our CVS projects with rsync. And have failures since Friday.

It seems that port 873 on b.cvs.sourceforge.net does not work.
It works for a or d.

Thank you for this report, I tried the following command, and this is the output I received:

$ rsync -av blijf.cvs.sourceforge.net::cvsroot/blijf/* .
rsync: failed to connect to blijf.cvs.sourceforge.net: Connection refused (61)
rsync error: error in socket IO (code 10) at /SourceCache/rsync/rsync-35.2/rsync/clientserver.c(105) [receiver=2.6.9]

Indeed, there seems to be an issue there. I'm escalating this ticket to our operations team for further review.

I have fixed the problem with CVS rsync. You should now be able to rsync your files for backup.
