Tried to post topic in forum but got error

Description

While logged in to sf.net on the opennlp project, I tried to post a new message to the open-discussion forum. I got the following error:

Error type: 'EXCEPTION_OTHER'
Exception message: 'script \'forum/create-topic.phtml\' not found in path (/var/local/sfx/templates/forums/:/var/local/sfx/controllers/views/scripts/:/var/local/sfx/templates/:module/)'
In file /var/local/sfx/common/extern/Zend/View/Abstract.php on line 857

FYI I tried again and it worked this time. But there was an error the first time and I've provided you with the specific error which should be useful in tracking this down.
