Difficulty with phphome2

I downloaded the package and attempted to execute it.

I got to the point that it requested a port address.

I know the port is 21 and it is working.

However it comes back with an answer of No Connection.

I realize computers are getting faster and faster, but this attempted on the first try and took 2 - 3 seconds.

I logged out and re-attempted to do the same process.

It came back with No Connection, Just Too Fast. It barely blinked and this I believe is remembering the previous attempt.

Any Help??
