7361,Problem with dialup internet,devarde,ctsai,"I have dial up internet (56Kbps :)), and when I am just downloading the files in pieces of 589Kb. When I start to download the download stops at 589 Kb, so I try to download the same file and the download start where it have been stopped until arrives at 1,1Mb. After that I click to download again and again until the whole file have been downloaded. 

Do you have any idea about fix my problem?

Environment: Windows XP 32 bits service pack 2.
