Hi,

I would just like to report that I have received the newsletter titled SourceForge.net Update: 30 October 2009 three times now. I have checked my account and I am not set up to receive updates from sourceforge.

We are aware that there were multiple messages received from our monthly mailing this month. Our system hit a snag that allowed for this. We have implemented new features to avoid this in the future.

We apologize for the duplication of the messages and appreciate your patience while we sort things out.

Having checked your account, it appears that you changed your newsletter subscription on the 29th, after you received the first of the emails. However, while the emails were not all sent at the same time, they were all generated at the same time, and so would all have used the subscription setting from before it was changed on the 29th.

If that does not match the behavior that you experienced, please let us know.
