Description

Dear Sourceforge
I edit Wikipedia a lot and draw information from PDFs that have already been created, often with locks, is there a PDF viewer that has complex annotation, different colour highlighting of text and customized naming of bookmarks, tabs or other advanced navigation functionality? Ideally, if this was embedded in a viewing application that also functioned as a library with the ability to sort documents into folders for projects that would be perfect. I was not sure whether Multivalent or PDF Clown would fulfill these functions. I thank you for your time and await your advice.

NB: the ability to set bookmarks, and override bookmarks already in place and name bookmarks clearly for navigation or some other complex navigation ability is a requirement because the documents I edit are often quite long and I need to refer backwards and forward through the document often. Thanx

The stroke of brilliance would to be able to meta-tag notes bridging specific locations in different articles within the library to be able to sequence these to enhance wordflow. Hopefully, that is clear as crystal.

As in different projects the same article may be needed, is it possible to transcend the folder paradigm and have something like translucent sets... where only one document is required but it can be included in any number of project groups...
