Cannot add Milestone to custom field (SF 2.0)

In my project (Enigmail) I defined a custom field of type Milestone. A few weeks ago I defined the milestones I wanted. Now I wanted to add a milestone, but nothing happens.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Admin > Tools > Bugs (alias Tickets) > Field Management
2. Click "New Milestone" on 1st custom field

Expected results:
new field to type name and other data of milestone

Actual results:
nothing happens.

I found the following error message in the Firefox Console:
