Hmm, strange, this worked for me (it used the heanet mirror). Are you still having trouble with this?

Thanks,

After an hour and 15 minutes, it was only showing as on the main SF mirror and failing (redirecting to the same page). After an hour and a half, it's finally trickled out to 2 download mirrors:

It appears that seriously slow would be a more apt description than stalled then.

Okay, I've raised this to the team and will keep you posted.

We've did a rescan of your files space so the download links are active now, but they still need to mirror, so they're investigating that next.

Greetings,

So, it seems in the meantime the files have mirrored. That said though, I'm going to escalate this to our operations team to investigate ways to get a longer term solution so this doesn't crop up so much (or at all, *crosses fingers*) in the future.

Thanks Chris. It does seem to happen about once a week. It would be nice not to have to worry about it.

Okay, I haven't seen any new tickets from you since the tweak we made the last time you needed to log a ticket so I assume that we're good moving forward. As always, let us know if you need help.
