Would like to export information from hosted apps to be shutdown

After your E-mails about hosted apps, I checked projects co-owned by me and the only project using hosted apps is mklobby.
It uses IdeaTorrent and Laconica.

I looked for a way to export to a file (preferably in XML) all the information accumulated by those hosted apps. I would like to avoid losing the information stored in them, even if it is not that much.

However I found no such way.
Please advise how to accomplish the export.
Once the export has been done, I'll disable those hosted apps - no need to migrate them.

You can access the backup facility by going to Hosted Apps -> Features, then in the Backups row, select "Hosted Apps".

Note however that we've observed issues with the backup facility, so let me know if it works for your apps, or if I need to escalate this to our team for further review.
