Enabled Features are handing in "Pending" state

Description

Dear SF.net Team,

Due to the lifetime end of the hosted apps service of sourceforge, we are currently migrating our hosted apps to the public webspace.

However we've queued some changes to the Features but they are not applying (it's hanging in "Pending" state).

Our project is: 'jacq'
