Description

Hi,

I have added users under admin and developer groups. Some are getting the post-commit emails and some are not. Could you please let me know how to add all the users under admin and developer groups to the list?

We now have svnnotify available, instructions here: https://sourceforge.net/p/forge/community-docs/Subversion/#adding-an-svnnotify-hook

That said, folks may still want to subscribe to the allura notifications, so I'm leaving this ticket open for that.
