Filter for C# doesn't work correctly

Description

When using Programming Language filter, selecting C# will put "language:c%2523" in the url which doesn't work (No results found).

Changing it to "language:c%23" corrects the problem.

Hope solving this issue in your service, helps other .Net programmers too.
