Description

Starting yesterday afternoon the site became flaky and now we are receiving the following message:
This space is managed by SourceForge.net. You have attempted to access a URL that either never existed or is no longer active. Please check the source of your link and/or contact the maintainer of the link to have them update their records.
We were able to get in at one point last night and thought everything was OK again, but this morning it seems to be completely unavailable.

This project was removed as it was violating our terms of use. In particular, it did not appear to be in support of an Open Source Software project, instead it appeared to just be using the Project web space for an unrelated purpose.
