Description

Hello,

I just want to use this program and as I have no knowledge for installation, I took a new webhosting with pre-installed program.

http://www.greatnet.de/cms/front_content.php?idcatart=887&lang=1&client=1

Now I’m very disappointed because the program is not working. If I want to change some content I get the following error message:

Database Error : The company preferences could not be updated because
You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ' creditorsact=, payrollact=, grnact=, exchangediffact=, purc' at line 14
Database SQL Failure : The SQL that failed was
UPDATE companies SET coyname='Demo', companynumber = , gstno='15-325-122', postaladdress ='PO Box 999 Wellington Mail Centre, New Zealand', regoffice1='12 Downing Street,', regoffice2='Upper Hutt', regoffice3='New Zealand', telephone='+(64) (04) 567 5411', fax='+(64) (04) 567 5412', email='info@…', currencydefault='USD', debtorsact=710000, pytdiscountact=, creditorsact=, payrollact=, grnact=, exchangediffact=, purchasesexchangediffact=, retainedearnings=, gllink_debtors=1, gllink_creditors=1, gllink_stock=1, freightact=450000 WHERE coycode=1
Asking my provider he just says sorry, this is not my problem!?!

Does anybody has a tip for me what I can do now?

Thanks in advance for any help, kind regards

Walt

Hi,

We are a hosting provider. We do not support the software developed on site.

As you did not specify the software you are using, I can't direct you to any help resources that may be available. Projects all have a summary page in the form of:

http://sourceforge.net/projects/<project_UNIX_name>

Also, projects may offer a support page in the form of:

http://sourceforge.net/projects/<project_UNIX_name>/support/

Finally, many projects use the project web facility in the form of:

http://<project_UNIX_name>.sourceforge.net

I hope that helps!

Best regards,
