Messages sent through SourceForge mangled

Description

The messages I receive from other SourceForge users to my e-mail are mangled - at least all apostrophes (') have a backslash (\) prepended.

Additionally, the footer of these e-mails ("... You may reply to this message using the "Reply" feature of your email client ...") is lying - every time I try that, I get "Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender" back.

Confirmed, I'm escalating this first issue to our engineering team here: https://sourceforge.net/p/allura/tickets/3457/

As for the second issue, the team already has a solution for that, but it just isn't live on the site yet.
