'Last update' info is NOT updated by GIT activities

The "last update" information on project summary page is NOT updated according to GIT activities.

For instance, on my Hemera Intelligent System project, 'last update' is still defined as '2011-11-06':
https://sourceforge.net/projects/hemerais/

Although, the last GIT commit has been done yesterday (14 Nov 2011 16:40:03 +0000):
http://hemerais.git.sourceforge.net/git/gitweb.cgi?p=hemerais/hemerais;a=summary

This issue has already been raised to our engineering team here: https://sourceforge.net/p/allura/tickets/3198/

With that said, I've also done a one-time fix for your project (though we'll still need to wait until the engineering team addresses their ticket for future instances).
