implausible download stats

Description

Some days ago I have released a new version of cdrtfe. When I look at the download stats for one of the released files, it shows about 100 to 400 downloads per day, which is absolutely ok and in the expected range. On 2011-11-06 however, a total of 4.240 downloads is counted (96% = 4,102 from Russia). This is totally implausible. The file cdrtfe-1.4.exe seems to be the only affected file.

While we acknowledge these spikes as anomalies, we unfortunately have not had the time to address these directly. As this is not ongoing, and we don't think it's going to be too worthwhile to spend time just looking at the historical data, I'm going to have to close this as "wontfix".
