Ticket #22409 (closed: self-service)
replace git repository for a project sourceforge
|Reported by:||diamantis||Owned by:||ctsai|
I would like to replace the git repository for a project in sourceforge with a new one repository I have offline.
At some point during my project development I pushed a number of problematic commits from different versions of my git repository (on different computers). Since then I moved on to do important changes in the source code. It seems to me that the easiest way to deal with this problem would be to delete the git repository in sourceforge and upload a new one instead of trying to do some quite complicated merging. However, I am not sure how to do this.
any help would be very much appreciated!
